Light-steel-frame homes can be built using a variety of first floor flooring structures, including Joist floors, Panel floors, Timber floors and Voidcon floors.  The completed home is indistinguishable from a traditional brick and mortar house, while flexibility of design extends well beyond that of most traditional homes.
